一般般，剛進房間整體觀感還行。細看，桌上相框背面長滿了黴菌，枕頭上有掉落的蛛網裹着蟲屍，床邊還有幾根長頭髮，本人短髮#服務還行吧，就是早上下去前台沒人在，八點多#位置交通離大學城近可能是唯一優點吧#房間設施空調我沒用。廁所花灑是壞的，不影響使用但建議修一下。洗髮水和沐浴露不是一次性的，外殼也不算乾淨，我用時快見底了，不知道經歷過多少客人，難綳。燈挺昏暗的，看書費眼。#性價比低，券後還要一百六七十，主要是你收這麼貴，至少衞生要搞好啊另外，凌晨也有人説話聲挺大的，還有洗衣機的轟隆聲#衞生

考試住的，離考點打車十來分鐘還是挺近的，周邊有早餐店小賣部停車場，裏面的衞生很乾凈，設施也挺新的，總體都很滿意。唯一美中不足的是，隔音真的很差，幾乎沒有隔音，剛好碰到幾個素質堪憂的同行的租客晚上一直在大喊大叫還挺影響心情的，所以淺眠的還是慎選吧。
