極差，房間睡覺還有蟑螂，老闆還説正常，還怪我打開窗户！床底下還有***，也是666，昨晚凌晨五點多睡覺有蟑螂🙃，不是看見你們前台小妹服務好也不容易熬夜，我馬上就退房退款，最好還説我為什麼等到中午退房的時候才反應這個問題，看看你那態度！我不投訴你投訴誰？什麼都理所當然！
