設施：裝修非常新，ins風的裝修非常好看，可以自己做飯，也有洗碗機，
衞生：特別乾淨，有專業的保潔來整理
環境：地理位置特別好，在越秀區，離荔枝灣公園特別近，永慶坊走幾步就到，算是在景區裏了。門口就是明記，吃飯也非常方便，特別好的選擇。晚上週圍夜生活也豐富。
下次再來廣州還會選擇！物超所值！

和酒店式公寓類似的民宿，白天前台有值班的，入住服務更好。房間寬敞乾淨無異味，床被都清潔到位，床墊很軟，晚上也睡得很好。房裡配有廚房，衹有電磁爐，夠早上做點早餐之類的，非常方便，也可以泡浴缸，有附送一次性浴缸套，很貼心。附近景點多，離永慶坊，陳家祠，沙麪都很近，是老城區的優勢了，但沒有停車位，自駕的要注意了。門鎖都是密碼智能鎖，看起來挺安全，情侶來入住是非常合適的，長者未必會用密碼。總的來説還是很滿意的，值得推薦。

位置以及性價比等都非常的棒！生活氣息十分的濃厚，地理位置優越，房間乾淨指數以及設施都做的很棒，路口就有很多美食店，很方便，附近也有菜市場可以買菜，廚房可以煮飯，洗漱用品都是力士的，床鋪整潔乾淨，床墊很軟，住的特別滿意！

房間感覺比照片的大, 裝修和設備都挺新, 非常適合情侶入住, 衞生做的都不錯, 服務很認真。從地鐵站過來大概要10分鐘，開車就方便一點，不過沒免費停車位。附近就有好幾個景點，食同玩都絕對夠，關鍵價格相當實惠，比住酒店更自在。

相對而言，位置比較裏面，要走進去，晚上路會比較黑。
但房間裏挺好的，設計簡約，提供的生活用品也很齊全。

房間乾淨舒適，位置很好，交通方便也容易找，在傳統居民區裏，去永慶坊和上下九都很近，算得上鬧中取靜。店家有行李寄存服務，提前到或者退房後都能寄存，對航班時間不確定的人非常實用。房東也很專業，詳細解答了很多問題，這個價格是真的很划算了。
