剛進門前台很熱情 服務態度非常好 有問必答 房間很乾凈整齊 床鋪柔軟舒服 還有這裏的客房阿姨都很和藹親切！入住體驗很好！

衞生：有人抽着煙進電梯，前台看着也不説，房間面盆上還留着捲曲的毛髮，床頭櫃上的牌子上還有鼻涕沒擦。
服務：房間電話線都不插，根本找不到前台。

住過那麼多麗楓酒店裡體驗最差的一家。明明看到我們拿了很大的箱子，還給開了一間頂層的房間，結果電梯又坐不到頂層，半夜拎大箱子爬樓梯，真是夠人性化的，前台兩個人閑着也沒有一個提一下需不需要幫忙。房間環境和衞生堪比街邊小旅館，洗手盆臟的像幾年沒刷過一樣，地面地毯臟的不成樣子，幾波住客留下的頭髮，我就當看不見了。那擦手巾浴巾都洗的爛掉渣了，都不換新，夠節儉的。頂樓水壓不好，水流特弱。有窗的房間窗外是學校操場，早晨7點準時放歌學生做早操，叫醒絕對比鬧鐘好用，真是絕了！幸好衹住了一天…

缺點：1、圖2控制面板壞了，一個都不能控制，關燈衹能拉圖1的電閘；2、圖1右側推拉門超厚的一層灰塵；3、圖3、4、5洗手枱的毛巾舊且花黃，洗手枱及沐浴間衞生蠻差；4、圖6房間地毯很臟 ；5、辦理入住的一樓有股奇怪不好聞的味道；優點：離地鐵站近，房型還算不錯。我比較介意房間的衞生，第二天就換酒店了。
