Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

It is a wonderful option to stay in Guangzhou. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is located a few meters from the pedestrian street and that gives it a privileged location to move around on foot. Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. The hotel room and walkway llooks to be very new ,probably just done major renovation. Rooms are very spacious, we can open up 2 x big luggages and there is still plenty of room to walk. The metro is a 5 mins walk in front of the hotel. Around the both corners there are plenty of nice cantonese restaurant at very reasonable price open past 10pm. Level 7 is massage center that is very reasonable and we had a good massage. Will definitely come back again.

My stay was pleasant . Location is excellent this best point for me. Room also very good. Breakfast not so much. They could do a simple fried egg one side cooked neither have some bacon . Toaster also was not working properly so wasted a lot of time making a toast . After 5 days trip this became very tyring. It’s more of a Chinese type of breakfast which is a bit of a shame. Nevertheless I rate hotel with a 4. It’s pretty good option . I will return I think.

It is very convenient to go to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. We walked slowly and received us. I don’t know if it’s the boss. Excellent location. Do note that if booking Didi from airport, the hotel is called 美居, cost approx RMB50-60 including toll. Room has smart TV, good shower and aircon. Passenger lift is often spoilt or very slow. When we checked out today, all 4 passenger lifts were not working, everyone in the hotel had to use the one and only cargo lift and it was chaotic and stressful for those of us catching flights. We were on level 15 and had to plead passengers to squeeze and make room for our luggages in the cargo lift, one of us then walked down the stairs. Staff 米朵was most helpful with recommended dining locations.

Location: Right across from the hotel, you'll find the wet and dry market. Recommendation: We suggest taking a taxi to the hotel, especially if you're not familiar with the location, as it can be a bit challenging to find your way there.
