The room are big enough and the AC works well. The noise outdoor was a bit annoying in the night but in general was ok. The location is about 600 m from the subway. The staff never organize or changed the bedsheet in 3 days, there is a convenient store downstairs in case of any necessity. It’s not far from the park and a lake and can go easily go there by bicycle. Ratio quality/price is recommend in general.

I stayed here once a long time ago, and this time I was so lucky that I was upgraded to a new room. It was really different, and it felt like old Shanghai. The breakfast was at the same hotel where I stayed, which I thought was considered for customers, including bread, coffee, salad, and porridge. A hotel where you can choose whole grains and eggs! I also want to give a thumbs up to the front desk for their patient service!

The location is excellent. Right at the centre of the main street. The hotel is pretty newly furnished with great check in facilities. They even offer free laundry services. The cars have to park on the side of the road. Can't be dropped off right in front. The rooms are a bit small but the benefit of the location outweights that.

This hotel provides excellent services. It is cozy and comfortable. The people are very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I brought my mother who is over 87 years old. She needs a wheelchair all time. We lived in ATour Light Hotel for more than 10 days. We are very lucky to have Yaohui, AnAn, Chengji and Yuzi etc. helped. They assisted me to take care of my mother and they specifically adjusted the room for her convenience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciated their assistance. The hotel is at a great location. The room is clean. The breakfast also is great. The transportation/subway is very accessible to every direction. Great people make a great hotel. Thank you so much the ATour Light Hotel. OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

It is an 8-minute walk to Renhe subway station. There is a street for eating on the right side of the hotel. The hotel arranges a fixed free shuttle bus to Baiyun Airport in the morning. GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
