設施：整體比較新，還可以。一次性拖鞋不錯。10秒熱水，水量大。
衞生：挺好的。
環境：朝小區這邊，晚上倒是不吵，但是一直聽得到樓內的轟鳴聲，有點像牆內的熱水管道的聲音，睡得不好。
