"Facilities: The air conditioning couldn't regulate the temperature, it only blew hot air. The ventilation couldn't be turned off, and the noise kept me awake all night (there's a video below to show it). Hygiene: This is a first for me on a business trip! The room had a very strong cooking oil smell that lingered all night, and it directly triggered my rhinitis. Environment: Average, noisy outside. The room even had a sign saying, 'For a good rest, please do not open the window.' This implies it's noisy outside, so you can imagine the environment. Service: Very average. I didn't experience the warmth I've found in other service-oriented places. The front desk staff seemed stiff during check-in, and I waited a long time. When I reported the cooking oil smell at night, they were dismissive and just suggested someone spray air freshener. Was spraying air freshener what I needed? No one followed up or tried to resolve the issue, let alone address the oil smell itself. I booked three rooms, and the guests in the other two rooms received follow-up calls about their stay, seemingly to solicit good reviews. Do you think with my experience, they'd get a good review from me? Value for Money: For a room priced over 280, and with this kind of experience in this location, I definitely won't be choosing this place again. For the same price, I'd rather pick a HUAZHU chain hotel; at least those issues wouldn't occur. The above is my honest experience during the stay, neither boosting nor trashing.
