Wonderful Relais: wonderful room, wonderful spa, good massage even if there is better. We stayed two days in this relais with a "love night" package and we were satisfied, price € 160.00. But ... the failed breakfast. For such a high price, I would have expected an absolutely better breakfast. DOLCI OSCENI (sorry but it's the truth), between croissants and tarts. For the rest, I can't complain about anything but breakfast is sacred.

We stayed on April 25 taking advantage of the couple's spa for exclusive use and the room in day use. Spa not overly large but clean and well organized; the idea of fresh fruit in the relaxation and herbal tea corner is welcome. The environment is very intimate and relaxing. Clean room with a simple and refined style. Friendly reception staff. A bit expensive for half a day, but worth it.

Questo è un vero paradiso in termini di relax, immerso completamente nella natura e nel silenzio e nella pace più totale. La struttura è davvero molto bella, le camere silenziose accoglienti e ben arredate, la SPA potrebbe essere gestita meglio, idromassaggio davvero fatiscente mentre la sauna e il bagno turco ottimi. La colazione, visti i prezzi, ce la aspettavamo un po’ più ricca, neanche uno yogurt. La piscina calda che ci aspettavamo all’aperto sul giardino è davvero minuscola mentre l’altra quella che si vede nelle foto molto più grande non è a temperatura riscaldata. Nel complesso una struttura niente male.

Siamo tornati nel Relais circa 3 anni dopo la prima esperienza. Il Resort è molto bello, immerso nel verde e nella natura. Abbiamo prenotato la Spa concedendoci un paio d’ore di relax tra sauna, bagno turco e vasca idro. Accoglienza molto valida. Eravamo in 8 e ci torneremo la prossima estate per poter utilizzare anche la piscina esterna.

Regalo di Natale dei figli, che non abbiamo potuto sfruttare prima per vari motivi. La struttura è un paradiso di tranquillità nel cuore più profondo dell'Umbria, e ve lo dice chi vive da anni a Perugia ma non è perugino, luogo ideale per un salutare riposo, coccolati da personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, in un complesso ben arredato e con gusto, dotato di una spa confortevole con sauna, bagno turco, vasca jacuzzi e sala relax, inoltre una piscina scoperta con acqua riscaldata, e un bel giardino ricco di uliveti. La sala della prima colazione è ben organizzata in un'ampia veranda con buon assortimento. Unico neo, nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi non funzionava il servizio ristorante, per cui eri costretto a fare un pò di strada in auto (almeno 5 chilometri) per mangiare qualcosa.

Con una migliore insonorizzazione delle stanze avremmo espresso una valutazione globale più lusinghiera. La SPA è una vera chicca, e usufruirne in privato un'esperienza estremamente piacevole. Location di charme nella rilassante campagna umbra, con una piscina esterna riscaldata godibile anche nei mesi climaticamente meno miti. Il vero valore aggiunto è però rappresentato dal personale della reception, Alessandro e Johanna (ci scuserà per lo spelling probabilmente non corretto), cortesi e professionali all'ennesima potenza, sempre ben disposti ,con il sorriso sulle labbra , a cercare di accontentare le richieste dei clienti. ... perché in posti come questo si va anche (o forse soprattutto) per essere coccolati!

Camere pulite e confortevoli. Il personale è attento al cliente è molto gentile. La colazione servita in veranda è abbondante. Arredo eleganti e raffinati. Consigliato! È presente una piscina esterna e la SPA come servizio integrativo.
