I've been a regular at Laguna Hotel for quite some time now, and every visit feels like coming home. What keeps me coming back, apart from the beautiful surroundings, is undoubtedly the incredible staff. Their warmth and genuine care create a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. A special shoutout to Videsh and Avisen, who go above and beyond to make every moment memorable. Not only are they masters at mixing up delicious cocktails, but their infectious laughter add an extra layer of joy to the experience. It's these personal touches that truly make Laguna feel like more than just a hotel – it's a place where you're treated like family.

It was our first time in Mauritius, but definitely not the last. There is few factors which made our holiday special and unforgettable. Laguna Beach Hotel is a lovely, cozy hotel with fantastic views and amazing pool area. The scenery is breathtaking! Also our rep, Rama, was always available and extremely helpful. Same as all the staff in Laguna Beach - they sorted everything what we asked for. Generally, Mauritian people are by far most friendly people we came across. Thank you Rama, thank you Laguna Beach Hotel and thank Mauritius for our great Anniversary trip!

Great hosts who are friendly and accommodating.The food was also deliciously prepared.The fish dishes taste great every time. Requests for items not on the menu were fulfilled. Really enjoyed my week at Laguna beach. The bath towels need to be changed to thicker ones . Otherwise no complaints.

They canceled our reservation four days before check-in, without any explanation. I mention that this reservation was paid and was made many months before (more precisely from June of last year). And it is not a singular situation. There are others who have experienced the same thing. Canceling older reservations has already become a practice in this hotel. Because of this hotel, I had very big problems because in three days you cannot find a similar accommodation at a decent price. They caused me many problems, stress and additional costs. The competent authorities in Mauritius should hold them accountable for the incorrect and deceptive practices that the people at this hotel use and because of which the tourists who come from tens of thousands of kilometers away suffer Shame on Laguna Beach Hotel&Spa! I don't want to give even one point, but unfortunately it's not possible, Avoid this hotel!

The hotel is in an isolated fishing village. Everything is an hour's drive away. The rooms were small, smelly and stuffy, there was no space for clothes and the bathrooms were not in their best shape. The cleaning amounted to the bed being made and thats it. Floors dirty. Bugs everywhere. Some of our items were stolen, the hotel staff couldn't (or wouldn't) help at all. I think the 3 star rating is a bit high for the level of accommodation and cleanliness. The pool area was lovely and the bar was nice. The view of the mountain and the ocean was breathtaking. They offer a 3 hour boat trip to Ile de Cerf. The food is buffet with lots of options - delicious. We had a lovely time simply because we were with an amazing group of people. It is a hit and miss.

What an amazing experience!! Laguna was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly management and staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their food and buffet was great and the bar by the pool was a hit! I would highly recommend this Hotel & Spa.

We had a wedding at Laguna and had the best time! The staff went above and beyond to satisfy all our needs. We loved the swimming pool, and our toddler couldn't get enough of the children's swimming pool! The boat excursion to ill due cerfs was an absolute treat...the children enjoyed every minute of our trip!

This is just so disappointing. Instead of having a good time in this so called luxury review I am writing this, hoping to stop someone from making the mistake we just have. The hotel look good but it stops there. The rooms are atrocious, damp, dirty and not clean. There isn’t any storage space and there is a big damp stain on the ceiling. The wall sockets have not been fitted properLy either. We booked through Mercury who classify this as a four star. Believe me when I say it’s about a 2 star at the most. We wanted somewhere secluded and boy, have we got this! But at the end of the day, however idyllic the view when outside (I can’t see anything through my so called cottage garden view because of a large tree) it is awful you dread going back to a room which is damp and smells awful. Wish I had taken some Febreeze with me. Please don’t waste your money!

The Best week-end with my family... Nice swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the moutains 🥰 Rooms were great and cleaned everyday... Foods and drinks were amazing 💯👍🏾 Big thanks to all the amazing staffs for making our stay the Best ever 🙏🏽 We will be back in the future for sure 💯
