Everything about the hotel is bad. Room killed in the trash, food queue for 15-20 minutes, drinks only beer. Drinks are poured into plastic glasses. The animation is very loud and lasts until 23, so going here with children is not an option at all. Music seems to be heard in all rooms, but on the first floor it is not only heard, but it deafens. 1) We settled in the wrong hotel, which was originally paid for. I paid for the accommodation at the Rios Beach Hotel (ex. Ege Montana; Intersport) 4 *, but on 07/22/2022 there were no places at this hotel, and I was placed at the Rios Latte Beach Hotel, where the woman from the reception asked to tell about the conditions, She did not provide any information and told me to spend the night on the street with a child if something in the hotel did not suit her. 2) Tourists are settled in Rios Latte Beach. This hotel does not provide ALL INCLUSIVE (All Inclusive) service (there was no bar and animation). 3) The boorish attitude of the staff towards vacationers. On 07/24/2022, at my request to change the room, the director of the hotel began to yell at me in the presence of a child. Incompetence in the workplace towards tourists. 4) The elevators don't work. Air conditioning and showers are not available in all rooms. 5) Animation is missing. 6) There is no free WiFi Internet, although in the Travelata.ru application Internet was indicated on the territory for free. 7) Disgusting food. Poisoned with other tourists on the 4th day of vacation. 8) Coral Travel and Travelata did not take any part in solving problems. The guide did not contact and did not meet with us. No one helped with accommodation. No one came up with an offer to move, although we asked several times. In the hotel, which was originally paid, we were not placed. We were left in a hotel where everything was much worse in terms of conditions. A ruined vacation. I do not recommend!

The most terrible hotel ever. The woman at the reception (Lyudmila) was rude, she told me to go with the child to spend the night on the street. The director was also rude and yelled at me in front of the child. Settled in this hotel from other hotels without the consent of tourist clients. Due to the negative reviews about this hotel, there are very few vacationers. Rooms have non-working air conditioners and broken shower/faucet/toilet. There was no animation. There was no alcohol in the bar (only disgusting beer). All inclusive services were not available.

I made the reservation 5 months ago. We talked on the phone and the hotel was said to be a conservative family hotel, but it is definitely not conservative. They gave us a cramped, narrow room with a wall opposite it (I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't asked for a sea view :)). We went to dinner, the food is terrible. We said that we must have had bad food for our first meal, but the same food in the evening and it was really uneatable. As someone who loves sweets, I was disgusted by desserts there. As a meat lover, I was disgusted by the meat dish we ate once. We tried to fill our stomachs with more salad than I ever eat at home. We did not see even one day of yoghurt for 6 days. We did not see cheddar cheese for breakfast. Intermediate temperatures were almost always the same or similar. Even in state dormitories, the same food is not served for lunch and dinner, but the men could not get tired of serving almost the same thing, and we could not eat it either... The only good thing about the hotel is that I would like to thank the waiters, especially the waiter named Bünyamin, for their caring and friendly approach. The pools were quiet, not many people entered. There are a few people entering the slides during the hours when they open for about 1 hour in the morning and afternoon. At other hours, not many people come in. Good for those who want to avoid the pool. The public beaches close to the hotel are very clear but very stony. Hygiene was not good at all. HAPPY HOLIDAYS...

Все негативные отзывы про этот отель за 2023 год - это правда, я убедилась в этом сама. Минусы: номера потрепанные и грязные, это правда, холодильник просто в ужасном состоянии, жёлтый, с плесенью и без полочек,естественно ничего хранить в нем не стали. Санузел с потрескавшейся сантехникой, дверца в душевой кабинке отпадывала, вода горячая не всегда есть. Полотенца и белье ни разу не поменяли. Питание - отдельная песня - все однообразно, курицу выдают по мизерному кусочку с огромным презрением, хотя бы в тарелку не плюют и то хорошо. Овощи далеко не свежие, блюда повторяются. Управляющему сказали что у нас собака лучше питается.Напитки в маленькие стаканы, кофе самый дешёвый растворимый. Интернет, шезлонги, раннее заселение - все платно. Музыка орёт целый день, днем не поспать. Плюсы: расположение близко к морю, море чистое, рядом парк, можно в парке под деревом в тенечке полежать. Красивая природа. Ходят автобусы в кемер и анталию. Цена за тур низкая. Рядом много кафе и магазинов С собой взять: тапочки для кораллов (тк пляж галечный), алкоголь из дома или дьюти фри (в магазинах все дорого и сетевых рядом нет, в отеле пиво не очень, вино ужас), деньги для питания в кафе, тк на этом олинкюзиве вы не выживете. Вывод: за эти деньги если хочется море, то можно съездить, не особо рассчитывая на комфорт и обслуживание в отеле, если там только ночевать.
