Bom atendimento, limpeza excelente mas o colchão precisa ser trocado com urgência. A gente e ele afunda isso acaba com a coluna. Ainda bem que foi só uma noite porque não consegui dormir direito

Funcionários da recepção preguiçosos, pouco interessados em resolver os problemas. Falaram para meu sogro que não tinha vaga no estacionamento as 23:00. Cheguei 40 minutos depois e haviam 3 vagas, as mesmas vagas as 06:00 do dia seguinte. Fizeram ele andar 6 quadras para estacionar em um local pago. Dois idosos, 23:30 andando sozinhos. Quarto com toalhas usadas, chão sujo. Graças a Deus foi só para passar a noite.

Ar condicionado defeituoso, limo nos ladrilhos do banheiro, tomada pendurada. Falta de disponibilidade de um ferro de passar roupas, luminária cheia de inseto morto. Café da manhã abaixo da média Detestei.

Horrível..02 dias sem internet...funcionários não tinham comunicação com a gerência..No Domingo não arrumaram o apartamento..deixaram tudo sujo e sem troca de toalhas...Tv com problema..Péssima estadia dessa vez!!!

Cheguei no dia 24, com o atendente não sendo muito simpático. Falou que no hotel estava sem internet e não teria previsão de voltar. E realmente hospedei por 24h sem internet. A garagem é muito apertada e sai com um amassado de algum carro do lado no meu carro. O atendente me direcionou inicialmente para um quarto sujo aí tive que ter o transtorno de descer e mudar o quarto. A ducha é bem fraca. Café da manhã bom

Ótima localização, próximo ao shopping. Quarto bem pequeno, porém não foi um problema. Consta armário e frigobar, de muita utilidade. Bem higienizado. Café bom!!
