Top class service from Donna and her team. Nothing was too much trouble, even going the extra yards to help out with a parking space! One of the best and most modern of Premier Inns, great location, so convenient and great value. Highly recommended.

Booked a premier room and got a load of crap furniture was damaged and tatty and Irene’s not fixed to the wall. The bed was rickety and noisy when we complained all we got was a blank look and what do you want us to do

This stay was a disappointment. In the Plus room, there wasn't any shampoo or condition in the room and I was told to use the Body Wash for shampoo. They were out of coffee pods for the three days I was there and I wasn't able to utilize the food service because I had an unpredictable schedule and reservations were required. I was a party of one and turned away from dinner the second night I was there.

A quiet stay in the Premier Inn at Gloucester Quays. My ground-floor room was clean, quiet and comfortable - perfectly adequate for a one night stop-over. Not sure why, but my bathroom was equipped with disabled facilities - no problem with this but concerned that they would have been more use to someone who needed them. The hotel was within walking distance of the quayside bars and restaurants. Breakfast was served across the carpark in the Beefeater.

Stayed for 3 nights. As expected clean ans easy check in. Rooms didn't get cleaned during our stay, that is my only negative comment. Great location. We ate in the beefeater which was good value for money.

Very clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. The beefeater across is not the best. Your meals booked through the hotel are registered here. Slow service and food only average at best. However the staff are pleasant and polite and helpful.

Stayed here so that we could attend the Malvern Spring Show. Superb location on the quays right by the shopping mall and many quayside restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff and a good quiet comfortable room. Close to the city centre and easy to drive to. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Gloucester

A very good hotel close to the Quay and shopping. Stayed for just one night. Check-in seemed to be a bit stressful for the staff. Not a very warm welcome. Given one key card and told if we wanted another one to come back later. Car parking was easy to find and pay for and needs to be registered at reception. Room was on the ground floor and good size and clean and comfortable. Terrible free WiFi.
