I drove in Saturday evening to find a crowded parking ramp with an altercation going on. I waited in my car till a cruising hotel security car broke up the screaming match. Dragged my suitcase thru the ramp to the elevator and down to the lobby thru a maze, with the ****** handy but the hotel lobby further away. As others have said, room was clean, comfy, and new. Mine looked across at a wall...ask for a harbor view. You have to walk thru the ****** to get to the restaurants. No bottled water in room, no coffee. Staff didn't have masks. I had no desire to navigate the crowd at the ****** so back to my car to try to find a restaurant in the dark in a strange city. Front desk had no suggestions other than ****** restaurants. Events center for conference was OK...smallish breakout rooms but nice outdoor patio and, finally, a water view. Buffet line was long. Conference sit-down dinner was very good, but no coffee was served until all the plates were cleared! Didn't come until after the desert! And, no masks worn by staff. I wouldn't stay here again, just too much of a hassle unless your primary purpose is to go to the ******. That's clearly the point of the complex.

Beautiful resort. Room was clean and modern. However on check in was told there was an $80 resort fee for use of the pool. This was not disclosed when booked the room. If it had not been so late when we arrived I would have refused to pay it and went elsewhere. After a 12 hour drive we were too tired to look for another hotel.

There is parking lot and breakfast in the morning, worthy of such a cheap price! There is a Chinese supermarket ”Jiajiale Supermarket” within 5 minutes' drive, which can satisfy your Chinese stomachache

This hotel is right near the Proctor Theater. It is great to be able to park and walk to restaurants, microbreweries and a show. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast in the morning is tasty and hot.

A road trip with my family as a kid in 70s nearly always included a HoJos. The ”vibe” of those places has been retained, but the bad art on the walls that I remember from back then has been replaced with space-age/retro decor; those big, thick curtains that acted as a wall between the room and the nearly floor-to-ceiling window is there, but now with a retro, outer-space design. I found the rich, aqua-blue color scheme calming and welcoming for a good night's sleep.

Robert, the desk clerk was delightful.Room was extremely spacious and well appointed. Very nice stay. Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. ..so much so, I bought one. Thank you for that courtesy. My neck and back appreciate it The manager was a sweetheart for helping me. Thank you.

After leaving my original review, i was harassed by the manager of the property via email. He began using his personal email to harass me about the problems we had during our stay. The original review is also down below. Every morning we were woken up by someone vacuuming the hallways between 7-8. I would think it to be common sense to do that between 11-3 then the hotel is most empty but every morning someone was vacuuming and waking us up. We stayed for 3 nights, and after the second night they shut off the water and no one let us know. They let people checking in the night before know but they did not notify us of this happening so we had no way to shower before a business meeting. The AC unit in the fitness center also was broken as well and the one in our room kept shutting off randomly and displaying an error code. The wifi cut out twice a day and logged us out of all our devices. And the breakfast was not good. They didn't have anything warm and there were odd pastries that made me sick. I will not stay here again.
