The bed was clean and comfortable. Hotel has seen better days, a long time ago. For the price of this hotel I stayed at far cleaner and better hotels. This is a low grade hotel and not worth the price paid.

It was easy access to the highway and still was quiet. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was dirty on the floor around the toilet and could use better lighting at the vanity. The price was reasonable.

I felt the receptionist was rude, asking questions regarding dogs and smoking, then asking again as if I was lying. (???!!!) I'm on a motorcycle which was in plain site, and I don't smoke.
The hot water is Luke warm so the shower after a long ride, nearly 10 hours was very disappointing. The room is ok except for the broken mirror and lack of modern day usb charging ability.

The room was clean however this is an older motel that needs renovation. I should have researched further. Bathroom was clean but in much need of improvements. The front desk associate was very nice.

I never went booked a week early was in wrong state manager didnt refund totally disgusted. ******* hung up on me while trying to file insurance claim. Doubt that I will use ******* again. Disgusting customer service 😡😡😡
