The hotel was clean, near the highway and the breakfast was nice. But there wasn’t any toothbrushes available.

My fiancé and I scheduled a late check out for 12:30, only to be woken up EARLY by the cleaning crew (they came into our room while we were sleeping). The hotel was nice but located on what’s known as 23rd and Murder (S Hosmer), so there definitely was a feeling of not being safe at times

This is the 5th review... Haha, up to the last room... everyone was satisfied and liked it. If you make a reservation online, you can get the lowest price. This is the hotel you can find at the lowest price by comparing several sites.

I was going to reserve a hotel in downtown Tacoma but we had to paid for deposit and parking lot. So instead I went with Holiday Inn express and suites in Tacoma cause it was closer to our event. What I didn’t like was that the hotel doesn’t specify on ******* their terms about a $100 deposit that they do take off your bank account. Also it was very noise you could hear everything from the next room and the footsteps.
The front desk ladies were not very welcoming and kind.

The hotel is clean, the hallways smell clean but once we entered our room the smell was not the same! They need to air out the rooms.
We had a horrible check in experience, the girl that was there for the Thursday night shift was rude and not customer service friendly at all!
All the rest of the staff were amazing and super nice. The lady that prepped the breakfast and kept the eating area clean was so friendly and welcoming!
