Book the place due to the location. But overall is good. The hotel looks abit old but the sheets and towels is clean.
The locations is great, next to the local coffee retailer the sailor brand, just a stone throw you can get lots of nice local food include of vegetarian food variety as well.
5 minutes walk to the wet market where you can hang around for sight seeing. Lots of fun places around within walking distance.

Not worth the money after spending a few more nights in other similar pricing hotels. At the same price range, comparatively this hotel is weary, old and the water pressure is very weak. Location is convenient, floor staff are very helpful so it was alright to stay for a night or two. But the renovation is definitely not worth it.

The location is very good and you can walk to George Town sightseeing and malls. The restaurant on the first floor was closed and only the rooftop bar was open, but it was a bit disappointing that there was not a lot of variety of food.
