As soon as we arrived we followed the arrow with Reception written but after going down a path there are no more indications, we discover that you have to enter the restaurant and cross it to the end to register, perhaps it would be useful to write Reception on the restaurant door. The triple room is in a separate structure overlooking the parking lot, the bathroom is blind and without a fan, there is no support for the towels and the support for the hand shower is broken. There is no wardrobe, no chair, no desk, we had to put our suitcases on the bed. The bed has a really too thin mattress suitable only for small children, even the pillows are paper thin. The curtain is not darkening and at five o'clock there was already light in the room. We slept badly. I don't recommend it

Overall we had a good time. The room was clean, even if it lacked chairs and coat hangers, but we promptly solved it by bringing inside two chairs that were outside. The price is great, for a short stay everything is ok. Good breakfast.

We booked for 2 nights just before Easter. The structure deserves a lot for the space and the nature that surrounds it. The food was good but the room was very poor. The price is modest but does not justify the lack of utilities and services. Zero supports, both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Even a hook or hanger would have made a difference. No fridge. No wardrobe. No chair. No suitcase stand. No shelves in the bathroom, no toothbrush holders and the hair dryer didn't work. The uncomfortable bed with thin mattress and pillows and the No Comment Linen. Admittedly the cost was tempting but if we hadn't paid we would have walked out.
Too bad, with a few small details it could be a nice place. Favorable large parking. Accessibility and green space around.

The place is very nice, a few minutes by car from the center of Genzano, but quiet. There are many open spaces, the restaurant and the houses. The rooms are big enough, but the soundproofing is bad (neighbors' voices are clearly heard). The window curtain lets in all the light in the morning. The bathroom is not functional at all (no support), the towels are honeycomb and there is no personal hygiene kit (only soap). Breakfast to be improved.

The idea isn't bad: a series of stone bungalows, not far from the restaurant (which is excellent), with the possibility of parking the car in front of the entrance. Unfortunately the service, the beds, the bathroom are rather old and not very comfortable and decidedly not very functional. There wasn't even a wardrobe (only chest of drawers). Good cleaning. Of course, the price must be considered, which is low, and therefore makes the solution acceptable for a couple of days.

Personale disattento e poco gentile, hanno spostato tutti i tavoli mentre facevamo colazione facendo un rumore assordante. Sono stato li per una prenotazione pagata in anticipo per 2 settimane. Purtroppo la prima settimana problemi con internet in tutta la struttura. La seconda addirittura Condizionatore scarico...in pieno inverno e Internet assente. Colazione non si può fare prima delle 8.30...direi più un pranzo. Prezzo però da pagare pieno.
