Hotel lost my check in information

During my journey back, I had a pleasant stay at White Palace Hotel Inn, which I truly enjoyed. The staff there is quite friendly, and the accommodations are very comfortable. They are excellent at looking after their guests, and the folks at the front desk are exceptionally welcoming. I recommend considering this place for your stay.

Room is very clean with welcoming fruits. It’s the best choice for business trips if needs out of Dhaka city. The only problem is the Wi-Fi which is not stable.

They tried to give me smaller room which is not same as what I booked .. And I was super shocked at first when I saw room .. Later I went to the reception to complaint and they try to ask me more to pay but I disagree. At last they offer little bigger which is bit similar to the one what I’ve booked . Other than this experience in the first day other all good !

Generally speaking, it is very close to the airport and the N3 highway, so it is easy to find. There is a big supermarket nearby for shopping, and the breakfast is rich. The facilities may look old due to the design style, unlike the more than 200 hotels in China. The price of more than 400 is indeed a bit expensive.

Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. No disposable slippers are provided (generally not provided abroad). Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: See the picture for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The boss is very nice

A hotel for not picky travelers who are used to comparing deluxe rooms in different hotels. Perfect for an overnight stay close to the airport. Located in a quiet area, but at the same time within walking distance of busy places where you can find everything from a street macaroon to currency exchange, restaurants and shopping centers. The air conditioner was working, the fan was spinning, the water was running ... what else do you need to relax before the flight. A separate word must be said about the staff. I live in US and used 4-5 star hotels in US, Canada and South America. I had to recently visit Dhaka during which I stayed at Anchorage in Sector 4, Uttara, Dhaka. I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel’s excellent service and amenities. This hotel may not be 5 star by the set criteria but the service is world class, same if not better than any 5 star hotel. The staff of this hotel are very professional and extremely courteous - they are always eager to help. My heart entirely melted when I found I was sent a cold remedy herbal drink to my room from the top floor cafe as the house keeping staff became aware of my sore throat and relayed to them. Prior to my arrival, the way I heard from my friends and family regarding security issues in Dhaka, I was kind of scared and nervous but I found this place very secure and they take all kind of security measures including a metal detector at the entrance. I think this is the best place to stay in Dhaka and I would always stay in this place every time I visit Dhaka.
