We loved this little boutique hotel. Located right on the beach near many seafood restaurants and shops.

I have stayed two nights, good, clean hotel. View from balcony was amazing, over all perfect place , unfortunately price was relatively high during weekend…

Perfect location in front of sea! Beautiful decor and friendly service. Comfortable room and nice bathroom amenities. Will definitely come back!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Checking in and out were also easy. It was quiet and located right across the street from the beach. And a short walk from the lake. A few dislikes are 1st, there was no hooks in the bathroom as well as a shower curtain. 2nd, there was a weird rubber smell in the bathroom. This two things wouldn't prevent me from booking this hotel again.

The accommodation next to the sea is very beautiful. Next to it is a convenience store. There are restaurants nearby, very convenient.

I decided to stay near Gyeongpo Lake, but You can only see a little of the lake because of the building in front. It’s a shame I didn’t get to stay with friends There was no inconvenience

It's clean and right in front of the sea, so I like it. However, I made a reservation on the same day, but they said rooms were assigned in order of reservation, so I got the lowest floor. They didn't assign rooms in order of check-in.

It was very nice. It was clean and the view was great. It would have been easier to park quickly, but it was nice to be able to secure it. It was comfortable and the best. The hanger was in the center so it was good to hang socks. The mirror is pretty, but I think I need to check the hanging part. It's sturdy, but it looks uneasy.

This hotel is located on Gyeongpo Beach and is a really good value hotel~ ♥️ The interior is clean and the view is pretty~ I will use it again next time I come to Gangneung~

First of all, the view is great, and the hotel parking space is ample. (If the Piloti parking space is full, they will open the parking space right next to it for you to use.) The location is good, the facilities are clean, and please prepare all the amenities, including skin, lotion, and hair ties, in detail. . The service was very good and the staff were very friendly, so I had a pleasant trip!

We are a family that loves to travel. I checked in late at night and was worried that there would be no parking space, but there was ample parking space at the back of the building. I think they expanded it. It was nice that the room was warm, but when I slept, I realized that it was central heating without a thermostat. It was hot like a sauna all night~^^; I think 25-26 degrees would be appropriate. It was really clean without any dust. I'm sensitive to noise, but I could only hear the sound of waves and couldn't feel any noise between floors. This is also the reason why I chose Brown Dot. I think this is really good because they want to receive feedback on whether there are any inconveniences while checking out. I was especially impressed by the general manager who was so kind and considerate in every word he said. I had a good rest. It was my first trip to Gangneung and it was a pleasant accommodation 🙂 Everyone… . Don't worry, just go here... .

When you open the hotel door, the sea is right in front of you! It's a good place to go to see the sunrise. There's also a room with a bathtub, so it's good for a half bath, and overall it's clean and comfortable.
