Overall it was very good. I didn't have dinner at the hotel at night, but the front desk sent me a bottle of milk, which was very considerate. The only drawback was the breakfast. There were small flying insects on the vegetable salad, which was a bit annoying. No one dared to eat it. Please improve it.

The hair dryer ****** my hair, so the front desk came and cut my hair directly. No measures were taken. My things were thrown away, but the front desk manager did nothing and kept saying that the cleaning staff didn't remember. It took several hours to check the surveillance footage of us bringing the things in, but I didn't see the cleaning staff. The store manager came the next day, but at least he checked the surveillance footage, but he kept shirking responsibility and said that we shouldn't have put the things on the floor.
