挺滿意，房間乾淨整潔有檔次，相對於速8一類的快捷連鎖酒店還是有性價比，雖然離南站不算遠，但是在南站周圍不容易被搜尋到，因為南站周圍太多寫字樓改裝的公寓酒店，直接搜酒店預訂比較好

房間不大但設施不錯，打掃的也乾淨，離福州南站特別近，酒店就在臚雷站b口一出來就看到，去南站地鐵一站路就到～非常方便！

出行:距離地鐵口非常近，40米步行左右，臚雷B口出來左轉。
衞生:大概福州屬於南方，潮濕又濕熱，一些小蟲無可避免。
環境/設施:首先進大堂就能聞到一種非常重的薰香，電梯在右手邊，兩個，但是電梯稍微老化，油味很重！房門外的毯子也是使用偏舊。因為我住的房間沒有窗户，所以也有一股黴味，不過床褥什麼的並沒有黴污漬什麼的，廁所很小，隔音約等於沒有，設施偏舊。
前台服務，無論白班夜班的人，都是很客氣的。
因為無窗房間比較難找，所以附圖。

我可能拿到了全酒店最差最小的房間吧，真的牆上都是污漬，有窗但開出去是面牆，和沒窗有啥區別！和照片完全不一樣，離火車站也不是特別近，也要走十幾分鍾，不上不下，枕頭套有血

設施：設施基本齊全，但是還有改善空間，例如酒店衹有一台洗衣機可以用，另一台我半個月前住的時候就是壞的，到目前還沒有修好。
衞生：衞生不錯，床品挺舒服的。
環境：樓下有夜市攤，天氣好的時候有點吵
服務：服務一般，但是早餐挺不錯的。
