硬件配置可以，服務遠遠跟不上。
打掃衞生還限時，14：30上班，下班就不打掃了。
並且對續住房間打掃完也不關門。

這應該是十八線小城市最好的酒店了吧，交通便利離家近，周圍算是老城區商圈，價格不貴，服務很好。新裝修以後房間內部環境還是對得起這個價格的，基本上每月回家探親都住這裏。

服務：態度不好，沒有一點協調。明明訂單中包含有早餐，後面增加就餐的人數，退房結算時沒有把訂單中的餐券抵扣掉，差評，請避坑。

除了酒店比較大以外，房間比較安靜！真的不建議選擇，房間太破，地毯簡直噁心，到處生銹般
，等帶裏有老鼠屎，🤮的了
外地過來，剛開始還奇怪為什麼格林豪泰比這個酒店貴，
因為真的太差了

完全沒有服務可言
大清早，保潔阿姨，敲了三次門，問要不要打掃
都不讓人睡覺了第一次都和她説了
就這樣第三次敲門十點半發火了才消停

隔音差，早晨7點左右 打掃阿姨在走廊嘰嘰喳喳有説有笑的，吵就吵吧，能忍，早上7點多沒有經過我的允許直接拿萬能房卡刷房門 進我房間，我説不要打掃，於是過了兩個小時，又開始敲門説打掃衞生！ 在外飄表闖盪多年，從來沒有見過如此操作！向前台反應此事，前台説也有客户反映過這件事，請問為什麼還沒有改進？
