This is the best accommodation in Biei.

It is very convenient to go to the ski resort from the bus stop in front of the hotel. It was great that the hotel had a place to store skis and snowboards. I would have liked a little more space in the room to hang clothes and a shelf to put my luggage.

The room smelled bad, there was no air freshener, and the sheets and quilts were not spread out. The person on the upper bunk said he couldn't turn around to make the bed. I probably won’t try to stay in a youth hostel next time.

Hostel Crew were really friendly and very accommodating, getting to and from the ski resort was not a problem since the bus stop was literally in front of the hostel. Very clean hostel. Only about 8min walk from the JR station. There is a grocery nearby.

Clean and hygienic

The hostel has a industrial design but with lots of wood accents. The ground floor lounge area is large and spacious. Theres a fully equipped kitchen on the 2nd floor. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.

I stayed here while traveling by motorcycle. The staff's service was quite good, and the wooden atmosphere of the facility was stylish and very nice.　 If I had to pick a drawback, I'd say the neighborhood isn't very prosperous, and the noise from the surrounding guests' lives bothers me (I have no choice but to give up on the sounds of life since it's a hostel).

I searched for a single room, but it was a large room with a lock and a bunk bed. I think there may be a slight problem with the way you express it. There is a loud noise each time the entrance to the large room comes in and out. The sound of people's slippers walking in the room was loud, and I woke up many times during the night and had to go to the bathroom each time. The toilets were only cleaned before check-in, and in the morning there were paper towels scattered all over the place, making it look unsanitary.
