VI P獨立湯苑 803一間，床太小，不適合帶孩子，獨立湯池，水温49度，晚上放的水，太燙，無法調水温，早上水就涼了，早上十點放的水還是49度，12.00 點退房前，水温都不能降到娃娃可以下去玩的温度，而且，奇葩的是，我都住了獨立湯苑了，孩子泡温泉還要收費，一個孩子69元，服務員説房間衹可以兩個人泡........
而且房間床上有蟲子，服務員説 一樓有蟲子是正常的，麻將機是壞的.....
早餐的品類很少，雞蛋 玉米 土豆絲之類簡單的....

去了很多次了，真的是因為西安周邊很少有這種帶娃方便的，但是以前的前台真的很好，讓你有一種賓至如歸的感覺，現在換了一撥人，都是那種牛氣沖天的感覺，也出去了很多次，沒見過這樣的，基礎設施不錯，衞生稍微有點不乾淨，能接受，現在人多了後面的湯屋水漲船高，節假日1688，其它房型也都在漲，可是服務呵呵，衞生呵呵湯屋除了泡户外温泉方便，後面的私人湯池就是一個大的浴缸不是循環水，而且屋子裡沒有電話有需要自己出門找服務員，找不到還的再跑，不差錢的隨便

衞生就不贅述了，滿房子煙味也就算了，衞生間返味那個酸爽，最受不了的是枕頭一股發黴的酸臭味，找服務員換了一個還是一股味兒，最後實在沒辦法用毛巾當枕巾墊在枕頭上湊活着睡了。更奇葩的是，酒店的泳池居然不能免費使用！！！必須要買138元的温泉票才能去游泳！！！住了十幾年酒店，真是頭一回開了眼界！反正不會再去住了，400多的房費在閻良區隨便住

客房在4樓，可是衹有一部電梯。熱水可能是温泉水，有股味兒，枕套上有污漬。早餐還可以，沒有其他評價説的很單一，但是牛奶確實淡，像是奶粉沖的。性價比合適。

晚上10點多左右到 等了半小時才辦好入住 開了一天車非常累 結果到樓上發現門卡給了一個不行的 等了半天 進去要洗澡 花灑又壞了 擺弄半天手被夾了 叫了工作人員説明情況 又讓我勉強先用 反正感覺很不好

早餐無力吐槽，趕不上連鎖快捷酒店的水平。早上出去玩兒了回來居然發現房間都被打掃過了，床也鋪的跟來時一樣，那麼我就想知道我們入住進來的時候床鋪是否新換過，以前住過的酒店都是主動叫了或者退房才會來打掃，勤快不是不好，但難免讓人覺得是趕時間而且不經允許就可以隨便出入，而且屋裡也並不乾淨。其他不説了反正不會來第二次

這次酒店住宿簡直太滿意了，超值。酒店的水上樂園太適合小朋友了，孩子玩的超開心，就是我們去遲了，沒玩盡興，下次一定早點去。酒店的服務也很貼心，有送的水果，酒店設施也很完善，房間用品很乾凈，因為是温泉酒店，所以在酒店洗漱都是温泉水，很舒服。酒店的早餐既豐富又好吃。退房的時候還貼心送了小禮品。總而言之，有機會還會再入住！

酒店服務贊，位置也好，周圍就是小吃街，還有遊樂場，虎園。特別適合全家一起出遊，度假。前台，温泉服務人員都很熱情，房間免費的水果，飲料，也很安靜。小朋友都不想走。臨走還給送了小零食。

前台小姐姐服務很好，帶長者和小孩不太方便，過節人多，前台小姐姐不耐其煩幫忙免費升級了套房，温泉不錯温度我喜歡😍還有小孩玩的多，設施不錯
