Location was great - felt safe, streets were clean and lots of good eateries nearby. A 20 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Check in was smooth, although the hotel staff that checked us in was unfriendly and mistakenly asked us to pay even though the room was pre-paid. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Wifi was rather slow - guests have the option to pay extra for faster wifi. Would still recommend!

Good for business stay, but it doesn’t have refridgeator. For those who already know that the most of German hotels does not have refridgeator will be no complain about this situation. But like me those who even thought about these type of situation, will be embarrassed. And the room that I rested, the bathroom door is not keep closed. The room was not that broad, rather small side. The service was nothing to complain about.

Overall good the only thing that is a con is the fact that there is no refrigerator in the room

Very nice and cosy hotel just walking distance to Skyline Plaza and Train Station.

Very nice hotel with amazing facilities. Only downside is you have to walk 10min to the s-bahn station.

Overall it was nice experience staying at this hotel. It’s close to a mall so you can eat anytime there but the train station is a bit far. Staffs were nice and helpful. I was there to join Kpop Festival so I would be nice to stay closer to the train station.

It’s convenience with 15 minutes walk from the main station and around 6 minutes from Messe train stations. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is pretty new and room is clean. Recommended.

I highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was very clean and space was spacious and enough for 2 people. Breakfast buffet was delicious and has variety of options. Its in perfect location, very quiet neighborhood and Very close to public transportation, bus stop is 2 min walk from the hotel. Big shopping center just 5 min walk from the hotel. mall also Its near tourist locations. Don't expect much amenities; there is no gym or swimming pool in the hotel. It's more of a business type hotel. The night rate was unbeatable with level of cleanliness and service offered.
