住過的最差的酒店，沒有之一，嚴重懷疑好評都是如下圖刷出來的。隔音效果奇差，能聽到三樓KTV唱歌的聲音，換到第三個房間，依舊隔音效果奇差，車的過路聲音，房間的空調聲音都讓人難以入睡。工作人員對噪音不以為然。

酒店附近100米就是張槎地鐵站，直達廣州南站！！！交通很方便，房間衞生也好，不愧是連鎖酒店，定錯大床想換雙床，前台也很好溝通，馬上就換了，服務真好！早餐也很豐富，酒店四樓還有洗衣房，免費的洗衣機 以及烘乾機！

服務好，真的很到位，前台小哥哥小姐姐真的很用心，房間設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生整潔，還有離地鐵也很近，周邊便利店也很近，訂的是圖一的標準大床小房間，後面補差價還能升級房型 ，升級後的行政大床新裝修的很不錯，房間很安靜很大。，。服務員很人性化還送早餐，，以後入住首選維也納品牌，還有免費的洗衣房配有洗衣機還有烘乾機！！很適合我這種經常出差的

酒店位置好，離地鐵口300米左右，步行幾分鐘就到，出入口有滾梯，拉行李箱上下都很方便，到廣州兩條地鐵線，8元搞定。酒店周邊有水果，小吃。自助早餐很👍，乾淨衞生，品種多樣，也可以自己煮、涮、煎，配料也很全。西餐有咖啡，牛奶，豆漿，橙汁及各種甜品，。房間寬敞，地毯地面，靜音。住8樓，外面不吵，睡覺安靜。推薦預訂。

親子房一張一米八的床，一張一米二的床，特別適合我們三口之家，雙床房有一米八的床真的很少了。房間也算大的，淋蓬頭的水很大，洗起來過癮。就是過年期間的早餐不怎麼樣，後面都沒人補了。位置:離張槎地鐵站步行不到10分鐘，方便。
