Fantastic hotel with classy rooms. Parking is limited though. Good and drinks were excellent.

Generally acceptable and clean hotel. However, I was almost tricked by being given a room that’s “HALF-CUT” by the rooftop. Essentially an attic (picture 1) at first.
There are actually plenty of normal empty rooms being cleaned as I could see walking to the elevator.
I asked the front desk if I could be re-arranged and they gave me another room.
Pretty bad experience as I felt discriminated and tricked for unknown reason. I asked a fellow customer who checked in around the same day and he didn’t get allocated the attic room.

I didn't expect that the layout and sanitary conditions of the family room in the triple room were so poor. I went to the front desk to communicate with the housekeeper and found that their attitude was so cold and arrogant. They said apologies without any sincerity. The picture below was taken after checking in and entering the room.
