Residence Inn Fort Worth Southwest

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Only slight complaint was the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as the last time we stayed. We would still stay again.

Multiple things wrong with this Marriott Hotel in Ft Worth: (1) they charge $15 /day for parking in a regular parking lot that is not in a downtown area; the home page of their advertisement in the hotel website we used notes “Self parking available” but that primary first advertisement does not stay “self parking available” for $15 per day. We found out the morning we were leaving when the $30+ bill arrived. VERY DECEIPTFUL AND MISLEADING- DISHONEST! (2) the back door to the entire building would not lock for the two days we were there but was supposed to- we did not feel safe; it was still not working as we left either (3) the room was not ready for the 4 people we reserved the room for; there were only two bath towels for 4people AND the sofa bed which was needed for two people was not made at all- we had to put on all the sheets blankets etc.

Room was spotless. Staff was welcoming. Felt safe coming in at a later time for check in.

Room was nice & beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great. Parking is limited on site (-1) but you can walk across the street and park in a parking deck then walk back. Breakfast was great (5/5 for that for sure). I'd give a 4.5/5 overall

Nice Residence Inn. They were able to accommodate us with a late checkout which was helpful after our VRBO canceled at the last second and our replacement wasn’t ready for the night. One of our party needs a place to get some work done so the late checkout helps!!

Clean,nice stay for the week. Close to food. Nice walking path around the river.

I stayed here for its proximity to the Trinity trails along the river, and both the hotel and the trails did not disappoint. A plus was the REI across the street where if you forgot anything or needed anything for your bicycle it was right there. Only minus was the hotel pool was down for maintenance, would have been nice on the hot day. I was there.
