Front desk, non-helpful Wi-Fi or Internet very poor customer service for

Food good, microwave wasn’t clean, air vent in bathroom had dust in it.

Clean rooms, good food,reception was good, the only inconvenience is the $50 deposit you give at the front desk, which they said it’s refundable.

Our hotel room shower had lube warm water at best. When I told the front desk the guy said he would tell maintenance. But no one came nor were we offered a new room. We had to take cold showers for 3 days.

Staffs are friendly. Room is not really clean, some minor things are broken. Elevator inside has some damage and some keyboard damage.

The staff wasn’t necessarily unfriendly, just kind of unhelpful and hard to locate. The property, though, was absolutely unsuitable. The elevator gave good reason to be scared that you might die in there. Genuinely scary enough to take the stairs. The room itself wasn’t so bad on first look, but then you see the holes in the curtains and hear the mice in the walls and you just might gag. A million dollars couldn’t make me stay there again. I wish my experience was different, but genuinely the mice were incessant and nobody seemed phased about it except me. Staff was indifferent and seemed as if they knew it was a problem.

Lovely front desk staff and she was very accommodating and helpful with a small ussue I had. Will definitely stay again

The staff was pleasant but there was a lot of someone else’s long hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and perfume. The beds were clean. This room was also very loud with motorcycles on the on ramp all night.

Staff was very Friendly, however; the pool was not working and the breakfast was your typical breakfast (ok) but not restocked.
