Roaches in room in bathroom sink. Bed broken down. Ac / heat was hit or miss. Water leaks from roof. Elevator barely closes and works

Tub was being renovated unable to shower, staff lied and advised all room tubs were in process of being repaired. After instructing front desk advising house keeping wasn’t needed due to confidential work info but yet housekeeper entered. Dirty towels with hair

Hotel is clean, my room was very clean. My only issue is that washer and dryer didn’t work properly I couldn’t do my laundry, and the heater was to hot 72, overall i would recommend this hotel, breakfast was excellent too. Thanks la Quinta, thank you to the cleaning ladies they do a great job.

For the price paid it was perfect for us. We weren’t going to be in the room much. Mostly just to sleep. It was clean, bug free and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. Eggs and sausage were fresh and the woman handling the breakfast was so sweet. Breakfast ended at 10 but she stood nearby and waited until about 5 after and then stopped by each table to see if anyone wanted to get up and grab anything else before she removed it and shut it down. I have never experienced that in a hotel. That was awesome.

It was easy access to the interstate! But DeeDee at the front desk was amazing! She even called to make sure everything was ok in our room. Rooms were nice and smelled nice. No musty smells. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The elevator wasn’t working after we checked in so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. Thankfully it was back up and running not long after that. Our bathroom had double doors that were very hard to shut completely. Also I slept in the bed next to the bathroom wall and anytime someone above us flushed the toilet I would hear a loud thud of the flush and the water going through the pipes. Overall our stay was fine just little things.

Very unhappy. Dirty room. Sink bowl cracked. Caulking and Sheetrock coming apart around shower. Loose shower hardware. Air vents filthy and dirty all around vents. Very seeable. Management offered to swap room on our last day there. Wasn’t worth swapping since we were packing up to leave. Terrible experience
