The front desk and housekeeping staffs are unbelievably AMAZING !!! Anytime I return to this area I will 100% stay here. I’ve worked in this industry before and everyone I came in contact with was so wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I know how hard that can be to do after a sell out night and everyone was outstanding.

Great and comfy hotel! Room was big with separate bedroom. Stayed there for a Cowboys game. About a ten minute drive to AT&T stadium. It was perfect! Will definitely stay there again.

It was fine. Quite warm, had to turn ac doen to 70 to sleep. But overall it was pleasant. Wish i could've checked in earlier than 3

Of all the hotels i have stayed at in Dallas this is my favorite. The one bedroom suite was like a i bedroom apartment. It was clean, modern and every staff member was friendly. Anytime we visit in Dallas i will be staying there.

I never got to stay at the hotel and they billed me two night stay ($250), after calling canceling. I asked if I could have credit for another stay at a later time, since they were charging me for nothing and they refused. I am an IHG rewards member and if that's the way they treat their rewards members, imagine how they would treat others.

I was very surprised by the cleanliness of the room, everything was in order. Showers were great, I loved the dove soaps in the bathroom. I do wish that there were more television options, perhaps regular cable or something.
