This hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed the amenities and condition of the hotel. There was a sports tournament the weekend we were here. The parents went hard on Saturday night. The lobby looked like a frat house Sunday morning. The garabe cans were all over flowed with beer cans, wine bottles and food. There was garabe sitting out on the desk in the nool by the front door. This did get cleaned up after the breakfast rush. I was blown away it was not handled the night before by the overnight team.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I rested well It was very clean, the rooms are very nice and the staff was very friendly. I do think the valet area could use some customer service training. I checked out and stood waiting for my vehicle. The valet person never acknowledged me. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring my vehicle. I finally asked if someone was binging my vehicle and he said it's down there and pointed. I think he saw the disappointment in my face so he walked down to my vehicle and put my suitcase in my trunk.

They gave the room away that I reserved and paid for. Said I booked through a 3rd party so I was deprioritized. Said they gave it to a Hilton honors member, but…….I am Hilton honors. Also parked where camper told me to in the garage on the 4th floor. Still paid $17 and then had ti take the tag back up and put in the car. Front desk was short and rude when talking to them about them giving my priority reserved room away. What a joke.

Beautiful, clean hotel with excellent breakfast and comfy bed. The check in experience was awful. The front desk employee was more into her phone than her job, and she ended up writing the wrong room number on my key holder. The room was not ready on time and I ended up having to return to the desk to figure out they sent me to the wrong room after it WAS ready. Bar staff was nowhere to be found when “happy hour” was supposed to start so we just left.

Stay was amazing. Didn't expect the amenities and kindness from all staff. Free laundry as well which was awesome. Hotel is new so that made it better. Location is great with all the restaurants nearby. I'd stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel with plenty of options for a family. The staff was all very helpful and the room was very clean. The mattress I slept on was very stiff and seemed like it was slanting down. Otherwise it was all great.
