O atendimento é ótimo. As partes comuns do hotel são bonitas, os quartos muito simples pelo valor da diária. Toalhas encardidas e velhas, lençóis simples. A comida é cara pelo que oferece. Café da manhã simples. Com certeza não é um lugar que voltarei

Fui almoçar com minha família aqui de Caxias, pois anos que não ia no Dona Adélia por morar há 16 anos no Rio. Levei meu marido dizendo que era comida muito tradicional. Me decepcionei e não conseguimos comer. Comida sem sabor, gordurosa e nada parecido com a comida Italiana que estamos acostumados. Pagamos mas com muita dor, porque achamos muito ruim a comida.

Dona Adélia é um Hotel diferente, localizado no meio de uma região vinícola, no distrito de Otávio Rocha. Administrado por distintas gerações de uma mesma família no decorrer de décadas, modernizou-se sem perder a essência de um Rio Grande que já não é tão fácil de ser encontrado. Quartos com ar, calefação, água quentinha proveniente de um eficiente aquecimento central. Ideal para famílias, grupos de amigos. Perfeito para se perder nas estradas vicinais da área Italiana da Serra durante todo o dia e ter uma sopa de capeletti quentinha na volta. Vinho da casa cortesia durante todo o dia, inclusive durante as refeições.
