I had problems trying to find a hotel in Florence at short notice and ended up booking a room at this hotel. First I should explain that this hotel is on the second and third floor of a building. I was given a room by the stairs, which by the way are made of wood I think, so the noise of people going up and down was terrible. There is a lift, but it will only take you from the ground floor to the reception, so if you have a suitcase and you are given a room on the third floor, you have to drag it up the stairs, near to where my room was. My room was big enough, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom almost the same side of the room, painted in red! and very dark, even with the light on. The room and bathroom were clean and my linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc. Unfortunately the reception area was dirty. There are 2 or 3 settees with a material cover, which has not been washed for some time. The location of this hotel is excellent. 15 mns to the Duomo and 30 mns to the Ponte Vecchio. The guys at the reception were very helpful, polite and one of them, on the night shift, (regrettably I did not ask his name) never stopped smiling. Great service. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but make sure you are giving a room away from the stairs.

Hotel 10 minutes from the Duomo de Brunelleschi and 7 minutes from the Office of the Academy (David de Michael Angelo). The hotel has a small lift to serve the floors. The room was very clean and was very clean and was very clean and was very clean and was very clean. I had a water room fitted for a disabled person, it was strange, the toilets are too high for me and the shower is completely open, which makes it placed everywhere, which is a certain humidity that attracts the mosquitoes. Many Americans from the towers go down here, they speak strong, are unable to use the staircase even for a floor and push their bags into a terrible bucket, not to mention getting them back very early at breakfast! The staff is nice, it is pleasant but I don't feel in comfort in a sweet screen. The hotel owner is on the site with his dogs, I found it pretty nice to have animals.

I didn't think about commenting, so I didn't shoot. The hotels in Florence are really expensive. I chose this one which is expensive for me, but at least the reviews are not bad. The hotel is on the 4th floor. I can't remember how long I was afraid. There is no elevator. The downstairs floor is being renovated. I almost didn't dare to go upstairs. After going up, I found that it was small, but quite warm, the layout was very tasteful, and the bedding was OK. After check-in, a WI-FI and door lock password paper will be given. The password on the paper can open the door on the 4th floor. The same password will come back late at night, and you can also open the door on the downstairs floor. Wake up for breakfast in the morning is a type I rarely satisfied with in Italy. There are not many types of things, but they are all exquisite and of good quality. Most Italian bread is cold and hard. A handsome guy in the store is doing it. It is hot. I actually ate two. In addition to expensive, and no elevator, it is very good 😁

I really like this hotel. It deserves to be regarded as the most beautiful four seasons. There is a huge garden for walking. The rooms are large and beautiful. The pizza in the restaurant next to the swimming pool is also delicious. There is a shuttle bus to the famous street. I will stay here next time. Want to live

The front desk is on the second floor! ! ! The location is OK, 15 minutes walk from the city center, but there are no shops around. The room is super small, especially the bathroom is super small and the room is high. The window is old green, I personally feel very good-looking. Sound insulation is average, but the surrounding area is very quiet (Hahaha will have birds in the morning. The ecology is too good, but there are mosquitoes in early May...) Breakfast is on the roof, you can see the scenery; just Italian breakfast, no bacon and sausage...

A rare new hotel in Florence, the room facilities and supplies (slippers and toiletries) are very complete. Especially the minibar is free and includes snacks and drinks. The comfort level is very good and the hotel facilities are also very complete. It’s not easy to have the experience of a domestic four-star hotel in Florence. It’s just that it’s so popular that I can’t find a room if I want to extend my stay 😂
