Bed is extremely hard! Pillows were so soft and flat. They gave 2 towels. People cleaning people were friendly and accommodating.

We usually stay at the Springhill Suites across the street but it was sold out. We were pleasantly satisfied with Quality Inn. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Price was cheaper than Marriott of course. We are Marriott people generally but would have no issue staying at Quality Inn civic center again.

The beds were comfortable. Non smoking room smelled okay, but had cigarette burns on toilet seat and tub top side. Shower head was crooked with wall around shower spout was slightly damaged. Steps leading up to second floor were corroded and needs repairs in the near future.

It was very easy to access the room. Didn’t expect doors on the outside of the building, but it was easy for the dogs to go in and out.

Right on a highway which is very convenient, but quiet, very clean facility outside, inside also very clean except a little smell probably coming from the carpet in the room i stayed. Very nice people working at hotel

The place was clean, no issues with the internet, and the staff was alright. There were some minor issues with the room, the toilet was a little loose in the floor, the bathroom tap was drippy, and the deadbolt on the door was not lined up properly with the frame so I had to pull up on the door hard to throw the bolt. I appreciate being close to multiple restaurants and stores are nearby, but there are no sidewalks and not enough green areas, it is a pedestrian nigh**are.

It was nice to stay in this hotel.
However, in the morning the employees smoked cigarettes so much that the smoke drifted toward my room and it smelled like cigarettes
