不僅送兩張鳳凰山門票，到了山腳酒店還會派車免費接上去，退房之後派車免費送下來，包了一台擺渡車的體驗。房間很乾凈，早飯很好吃，特別是野菜包子，酒店自己去山裡挖的純天然的山野菜。晚上5點之前可以點菜，可以先點菜做好留着，推薦酒店自己挖的山野菜蘸醬，各種野菜一大盤48元。我們下午到了酒店之後，先去爬了東山景區，這個景區比較冷門，一路都沒碰到人，很安靜，景色很美，大約用了兩個小時。第二天連爬西山景區和古城景區，走最大的一圈，早上9點出發，下午4點多回到酒店。然後擺渡車送下山，完美！

酒店服務還不錯，服務周到。就是房間外的設備間，不知道是（鍋爐房還是水泵站或者空調機房）很吵，建議有怕噪音的，不要睡靠後山的房間，根本睡不着😣😣。

非常推薦，酒店位於景區內部，適合分兩天的那個前往西山景區和玻璃橋。情人谷吊橋在去玻璃橋的路上，從酒店前往衹需要15分鐘。餐廳很好吃，可以在前台定好菜和時間，圖裡的飯菜一共162塊錢。

酒店地理位置絕佳，位於鳳凰山景區內，去鳳凰山旅遊的不二選擇，硬件服務都不錯，有進出班車服務定點發車，包2張門票，晚餐性價比高。

房間清潔衞生，設施舒適比較新，服務態度很好，前台和客房人員都很耐心。在景區半山腰，窗含西嶺千秋雪。空氣清新，這個季節人很少，但服務都很到位。東北第一泉的山泉眼很有特色。早餐和門票包含在房費裡頭。餐飲都很可口。

酒店不錯，在景區內，住宿包括門票，到景區大門後坐酒店的車上山住店，旺季的時候很很方便，免去排隊坐擺渡車的麻煩。酒店離索道站、鳳凰廣場很近，我是晚上入住，早餐後開始爬山，坐索道、爬老牛背和以後的各個點都沒什麼人，非常愜意，因為人潮都在排隊坐擺渡車！個人覺得住這個店很值！

優點：地理位置在景區內比較方便，酒店設施一般，出門不遠就可以坐索道上山，出門前可以讓前台講解路線
爆雷缺點：約酒店接送車非常困難！等待時間非常久！約定好了時間沒有司機沒有車，有各種理由拖延！一拖再拖！但是服務語氣非常温柔，衹是不幹活而已，出來玩的美麗心情盪然無存，如果是趕飛機或者火車的遊客，一定要提前出門
