Very nice and understanding guys.

The address is wrong, I can't find it and I won't give you a refund. It's extremely abominable.

I was able to stay there for about 3500 yen per night. As I was a student traveling alone, my budget was limited. It was worth the price. It was difficult to find at first, but it was an isolated building. I went there in early March, and the only futon was thin and the remote control for the heating didn't work, so I had to wear ultra-light down to sleep. The location is very good, close to Sultanahmet. The shower provides stable hot water. When I boiled the tap water, when I looked at the surface of the water, I saw a lot of transparent things floating on the water, but the water did not make me feel sick for two days. Shampoo and soap provided, but no shaving.

I stayed here for one night in February 2024. As mentioned in the reviews, I was surprised to be guided to a separate building from the reception. I was able to have breakfast in the building I checked into. There is no elevator and there are steep stairs, so it may be a little difficult. Amenities included towels, shampoo, soap, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and TV. Check out was at 11am.

I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. After we checked in, our room was first checked to see if it was "ready" and then we were taken to our room. On the way there was the first shock. A completely different, very old building, in the entrance area a washing machine with a mountain of bedsheets and towels from the hotel. Very narrow and dirty spiral staircases. Our room on the 2nd floor. Floor in different colors and completely broken, bed a thin mattress on a chipboard. Sockets all loose and some on the floor (electrical cables lying around exposed). And generally dirt, dust and hair, etc. everywhere. We had to pay €20 extra per night for a different room, which we did not agree to. After a long discussion, we got a different room. The room was a little better than the previous one but also very bad. Mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, dirty floors, etc. The towels and bedsheets all had some kind of stain on them. The service was very bad. The lady at the reception doesn't speak English, Turkish or German. The room wasn't cleaned once in 7 days. For fresh towels and even toilet paper you had to go to the other building and "request" some. The furniture we had was a VERY uncomfortable bed, an old couch, a non-functional air conditioning system, and a leaky bathroom. The doors are 10 cm too small for the frame, and when the door was closed there was a huge gap at the bottom where animals or other things could easily get in. The location was bad in that respect, as it was a very unpleasant corner and you were afraid to walk around there late at night. Unfortunately, there was no real help from Trip.com support during our stay.

The air conditioner was beeping garbage all night, the room smelled like a cat lived in it, no slippers, I finally got them from the boss, the sofa was old, the garbage under the cushions hadn’t been cleaned, the door lock was broken, I couldn’t guarantee the safety of my belongings when I went out, the boss said no Someone will go in. The room is quite big, the hot water is very hot, and the Wi-Fi signal sometimes drops out. The boss said that this price can only live in such

When we entered, we realised it was not the same rooms as pictures and on booking confirmation, we had 2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa settee for 5 people but there was 2 double and 1 settee. Upon asking we were told this is it. Rooms were clean but toilets were unbearable stinky (probably tiles glue) and toilet was not fixed with the floor so it was shaky. One day for few hours there was no water and no warning was given in advance. Second room with no window, opened in a storage room which door couldnt be locked which was unsafe. View from first room window is old broken building with large commercial bin in front where they can come at 2 in the night to collect which is noisy. Staff was nice and polite and helpful. I beleive with a bit of effort this place can be a better place as this is in the hub.

Ah, the Brace Hotel! I had a fantastic stay there. The hotel is located in a convenient area of Istanbul, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy every palate. I would highly recommend the Brace Hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul!

This hotel is a scam! My room was located in an underground basement filled with mold, no electricity, no air conditioning. The front door to my room was missing the door knob. The bed sheets seemed to be unwashed. I checked out the second I saw the room and they would offer me a refund.

Abdkhadir, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Our stay in the property alowed us to see the nearby historical places with ease.
