The room was very basic. We booked a 4 bed room (because that’s all was available) but when we checked in it was a small 2 bed room. No amenities in the room such as tea/coffee. Quite expensive for the facilities.

The hotel, staff and facilities are good. The area is not developed by the local municipality, and gave impression of visiting to a poor country. It appeared to be completely different territory with shops closing by 4pm on Saturday (unlike 6 or 8pm in Basel or other areas), roads are not repaired, beautification of area is missing, etc. In past 18 years of our stay in Switzerland, we never seen such underdeveloped area. It really felt like a poor territory of France.

Only comment, WiFi in room 102 was poor. A simple inves**ent in a wifi-booster would already raise the rating.

Hotel con camere spaziose, molto curate e pulite! Adatto anche a famiglie con bambini per lo spazio e i locali grandi. Colazione molto variata e con buoni prodotti. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Localizzato molto bene ancheper chi desidera passare la giornata al lago..Ci torneremo 🤗

Hôtel bien situé. Accueil super. Wifi mentionné dans tout l’établissement mais il est impossible de travailler avec tellement il est lent. Restaurant excellent. Par contre je n’ai pas du tout apprécié que l’on veuille entrer dans ma chambre par deux fois sans frapper, ni s’annoncer et qu’on ouvre la porte directement avec une clé alors que la chambre est occupée. Ça ne m’a pas mise en confiance pour redormir une 2ème nuit.

Rispetto al prezzo pagato ci si aspetterebbe un servizio ed una qualità impeccabile! Esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative. Stanza poco curata e piccola che di certo non vale il prezzo. La cena si è rivelata un’ulteriore delusione per un’ostentata impronta gourmet impoverita da un servizio mediamente sufficiente! Esperienza da non ripetere!

Très bon accueil, repas très copieux, belle carte, prix corrects, grande terrasse ombragée, calme, un toboggan, chiens acceptés, places de parc au tour (attention à l'heure, ça peut-être compliquer de se garer). Je conseille vraiment l'endroit

Hotel an sich gut. Leider sehr schwaches WLAN, Parkplätze sehr chaotisch angeordnet, Frühstück eher bescheiden, Badezimmer sehr simpel. Ansonsten herzlich eingerichtet, zuvorkommendes Personal bemühte sich deutsch zu sprechen, da wir kein französisch sprechen können, schöne Hotelzimmer, einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-out. Empfehlenswert
