Our family room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also bigger than in the standard double rooms of the hotel chain. Although it was located directly on the main road, the noise was absolutely bearable (with the soundproof windows closed) and we slept very well. The proximity to the main train station and the city center, combined with the price-performance ratio, was the perfect combination for us. We recommend this hotel for a city trip to the beautiful state capital.

Modern design hotel near Erfurt main train station, and a short walk to old city center. Standard double room was simple but comfortable, very clean, with good beds and bathroom. Nice staff, but check-in process seemed a little slow - we had to queue up for some minutes despite there were not so many guests awaiting check-in. Breakfast was good (buffet) but a little crowded .

They can barely speak English at reception, which is fine unless there is a problem with your room. We booked a non- comfort room with bfast for 126 euro. No refrigerator, no a/c, ok. Got it. A couple of days before our booked night, the upgraded comfort room was advertised for 103 euro. I messaged gore kindly asking them if they would consider an upgrade for us since comfort room was now over 20 euro cheaper. NO REPLY. Ok.. check in and they weren’t going to upgrade us even though hotels was no where near full in this Sunday evening. Fine. No problem. They give us room in old building with a fan. Fine. Problem is that Wi-Fi isn’t working- we complained.. they reset it. Still doesn’t work.. goes on then off.. hard to conduct any business needing Wi-Fi. Eric and female at desk have no sympathy and don’t care. They say we can come to bar and use Wi-Fi there. Well, doesn’t that defeat purpose of saying the hotel has Wi-Fi in room?

Everything else is fine, but the lights are too dark. In addition, check in is online, the reservation number to be filled in is not easy to find, and Trip.com's order number is not the same thing, it took the boss to get the check-in procedure, the result of the mobile phone can not display the door password, check in for a long time, change the mobile phone to see the password.

Fantastic place for every who looking silet and comfortable and friendly hotel.Especially that I was traveling with my dog as an exhibitor and that's hard to find nowadays.I am currently looking for exhibitions to repeat my stay with you. Facilities: The design of the hotel is outstanding and there is no doubt. Modern sense, endless opposite wall glass, bathroom floor heating, and ubiquitous tips labels. The only downside is that there is no minibar. Hygienic: Very good, the overall feeling is very clean. Environment: Although next to the train station, there are still fewer choices for dining and shopping. And consumption is expensive. Eating 30 to 40 euros. Service: It is far from the intentions of the hotel design! The advantages of design give the waiter a superiority and generate a sense of service. For example, when checking in, customers have been in a long queue, two front desks are slowly leisurely, and the other person stops directly, picks up the phone porridge, and lets the customer wait.
