I expected much more from a 4-star hotel in Dubai — a city famous for its amazing hotels. This one feels very basic and old. The room looked tired and not well-kept. There was no hairdryer, and I had to call and ask for one. Only two towels in a double room — seriously?
The price I paid was way higher than what this place is actually worth. It’s okay for one night, but I definitely don’t recommend it for a longer stay. Honestly, it’s a 2-star hotel at best.

When I first entered my room all blankets and pillows were in the closet just like anyone cleaned the room. But, the next day was clear. The staff were very hospitable. I will stay next time.

We were very pleased with the Hotels location. The room was comfortable with a magnificent view. We added on for breakfast. The food was average, but adequate with a good variety, but nothing memorable. The staff could not have been more helpful from the housemaid and front desk and Restaurant. They all were very helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend this as something good for the value and a wonderful location. Here are two photos from the window in our room
