房間設施老舊，衞生不怎麼樣，看樣子這床單是沒換。温泉舒服，但也沒有啥特別的，就是泡熱水，附近就是景區，吃的東西都是網紅店也都是服務景區的，我住了兩晚覺得吧也不一定要住的離峨眉山很近，因為住的和吃的溢價比較高，住在市區打車來回也挺好。

酒店位置很好，可以點很多家網紅外賣。酒店環境極佳，空氣很清新。靈秀温泉室外池環境不錯，人也不多。酒店可以免費到高鐵站接送，很方便。唯一不足的是酒店硬件條件有些老了，床比較硬。

很滿意的一次入住，家長們出去泡温泉，説服務很好，管家還幫忙把帶去的啤酒抱上樓梯，晚上還會送牛奶，早餐也很豐富。去的時候晚上下雨了，他們泡的室內温泉，水温稍低，第二天泡的露天温泉，温度選擇很多，非常舒適，專門叮囑我要給好評，以後會經常來。

老式的五星級酒店，房間設施有點陳舊了，衞生間的設施不影響使用，花灑🚿水量還挺大，上下水流暢。值得一提的是酒店大堂的經理服務態度非常好，泡完澡出來餐廳關門了，熱心指導怎麼點外面餐飲，第二天寄存行李後去爬山，也熱心服務，回來取行李去高鐵站安排好送站服務，全程微笑服務，下次有機會再來峨眉山，一定會再次選擇入住這裏

之前泡過幾次靈秀温泉，酒店在景區內，離報國寺景區非常近，園區很大很清幽，既能散步，又可以露營，感覺非常不錯。這次春節又想泡温泉了，就和家人一起來住一晚，原本想的春節人多期待不高，但沒想到酒店服務還真不錯。到的時候已經下午了，太累了不想出去，就想在酒店餐廳隨便吃點，結果沒想到鱔絲味道非常地道，彌補了沒去臨江吃鱔絲的遺憾。一路遇到的前台，餐廳，温泉的服務人員態度都很好，衞生也很乾凈，並沒有因為人多就敷衍了事的情況。最讓人驚喜的莫過於温泉和早餐了，温泉非常乾淨，很多錯落的小池子，選擇性很豐富，想活動的可以在環池游泳，想安靜的可以找個小池子慢慢泡。早餐簡直滿足，糕點，麪食，甜品，小菜，各類主食琳琅滿目，衹恨自己不是大胃王😄
設施：酒店設施齊全，除了温泉，還有露營設備，茶歇，小童遊樂設備，非常適合一家人出遊。
衞生：早上出門就看到有好幾批阿姨在收拾房間了。
環境：酒店獨佔一個園區，五分鐘就到報國寺了，吃喝玩樂都很方便。
服務：我們去的時候正是春節，温泉搞了很多活動，非常驚喜！

環境：挨着山腳峨眉山亭和報國寺很近，客運中心就在旁邊，餐飲一條街也在門口，酒店在獨立的區域鬧中取靜，房間雖然是傳統中式裝修，但設施還算不錯，大堂比較敞亮。
娛樂：靈秀温泉就在院裏挨着酒店，直接去温泉區換衣服和洗浴比較方便，裏面有室內室外大小池子挺多，特別是室內的游泳池夠寬敞小孩耍很方便，還有汗蒸可以出出汗。
早餐：酒店的早餐在同價位甚至更好的裏面都是相當出眾的了，品種非常多，地方也寬敞，泡菜罈子和飲品都是七八種隨意選可見豪氣，堪比天堂洲際酒店了，1.2米以上小孩是温泉單獨付80含早餐一起，性價比不錯了。
最後想説服務態度總體還是不錯，可能因為人多顧不過來，沒有享受到評價裏説的晚安牛奶和點心

購的套餐 含衹有峨眉山表演門票2張和靈秀温泉門票2張 加上温泉飯店一晚的住宿 感覺很划算
而且個人認為表演和温泉都非常好
住宿房間好 早餐豐富.服務態度很好 停車很方便 去爬山很近 門口吃的也不少

很少評論，今天這條評論是因為該酒店的服務，我才願意麻煩一點都要誇一下。
泡湯的環境不錯，有很多大池子，也有好些小一點的池子，基本上宣傳圖上所見即所得。晚上更漂亮，更有感覺，人也更多。
首先，前台的姐姐很熱情也很熱心，把我們送到電梯口。
其次，訂的親子房，配的小童浴袍可能衹能適合5歲以下的小朋友穿，客房部應該是領班的姐姐吧，看到跟我一起的小朋友可能穿上衣櫃裏的浴袍小了，主動提出要不要幫我們換成人的浴袍。中途因為穿了浴袍去温泉，一家人回來浴袍都濕了，請客房部重新送3套浴袍，也很快就送房間。去泡温泉經過大廳的時候，前台的姐姐，還送小朋友一衹水槍玩兒水。
再次，入住登記的時候，前台姐姐就告知晚上8點左右，會有晚安牛奶送到客房，如果我們不在房間的話會直接幫我們放到房間裏，問介不介意。結果剛好晚上8點過的時候，我們還在房間裏，沒去温泉，一看，不衹是送了牛奶，還送了零食小禮盒。
早餐，應該算是同價位，最好的酒店了。特別豐富，而且還有個泡茶的區域，準備了枸杞、大棗、菊花、玫瑰花、決明子等等等，供客人選擇。説實話，這個是比較少見的。
綜上所述，該酒店的設施屬於中上，但是服務真的非常好，賓至如歸。我已經推薦給好幾個朋友了
