Overall a decent size hotel room for a family of 4 . Could use some instruction manuals for hobs and clean pots. The card key also doesn't work all the time. They request a security deposit from you of about £100 which is not part of the initial booking fee.

When I was checking in for help, my attitude was very bad and I was impatient. And when I got back to the hotel at the end of the tour, the door was closed. And I don't have access to the password, and no one ever told me the password! Calling customer service won't fix the problem either. It kept me standing outside for 20 minutes.

The time required to walk from the train station to the hotel is about 20 mins. There are some stores near the hotel. There are 2 floors for the hotel. We live in a room on the 1st floor. The size is decent and the equipment is sufficient. However, the window is at the height of a peoples's head. The people outside can easily look into the room and privacy is a issue. Also, there are some problems in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom is automatic and this is a disadvantage. When I sit on the toilet, the sensor in the bathroom cannot detect my movement and will turn the light off every minute. It will be a lot better if I can switch the lights on manually. Also, the method of changing the temperature of the shower is very unhuman. Overall, it is a fine aparthotel but there are some problems

Sofa bed not very tidy

Terrible accommodation experience, hard to imagine how to rate it as a four-star hotel. First of all, the check-in process experience is very poor. When I arrived at the hotel door with my luggage and planned to check in, I learned that the door required a password to open, and I didn't know the password. There was no staff in sight, so I needed to call and ask myself. This was the first time I encountered it. Such a situation. The check-in process was all self-service, and in the end, the deposit of 100 pounds was directly debited from my credit card. I was not informed of this payment in advance. Secondly, the facilities are confusing. The switch of the shower head in the bathroom is designed in the shape of a rare double-layer turntable (or can be said to be a rudder), and there is a lack of clear instructions. I have no idea how to use it. Before I want to take a bath, I have to figure out how to use the shower equipment. It is simply unbelievable. The light switch in the bathroom is actually set close to the roof. The height is puzzling. Is it because you are afraid that others will turn off the light and fall asleep? All the windows in the room are tilted (the lower edge of the window tilts outward), which results in the curtains that naturally droop under the action of gravity being unable to block all the light. There will be a large light-transmitting area on the side, which also makes it safer. People worry. No conditioner provided. Finally, the price/performance ratio is low. It's a 20-minute walk from the train station. The location is quite convenient, but it's not worth the price. If you don’t need to book a room temporarily, there are better options.

The hotel is an apar**ent hotel, with staff on duty. You can pick up the daily necessities in the room by yourself. The kitchen equipment is easy to use, the room layout is reasonable, and it is relatively comfortable. The hotel is located in the New Town, in a residential area, close to Princes Street and within walking distance. It can also be reached by walking to the Old Town Castle. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is quite convenient.

The hotel room is very big, very clean, and the facilities are very complete. The bathroom is the best. The location of the hotel is okay, but there is only a two-in-one washing machine, and the drying part cannot be used. There is only laundry, but there are drying racks. It's more economical for four people to live.

The environment is pretty good, hygienic and clean, but the self-service check-in process is a bit difficult

The room is spacious, including bedroom and living room. My family likes it very much. The kitchen is fully equipped for convenient cooking.

There is a bar downstairs in the hotel, it's a bit noisy at night, and the sanitary conditions are average

The apar**ent is about 20 minutes walk from the Wei Railway Station. Very close to Princes Street and Edinburgh. Although the apar**ent needs to check in by itself. But there is an administrator on the ground floor, if you need help, you can go to it directly. The washing machine, refrigerator, bread machine, and electric stove are all very easy to use, and the refrigerator has a freezer. Cleaning can be done daily or every few days according to individual needs.

Intelligent hotel management, self-service check-in, apar**ent-style hotel, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, supermarket nearby, you can buy food and cook by yourself, very suitable for parent-child vacation.

Good location but service and hygiene not worth the price

It was a lovely stay and the people were very helpful. There was an issue with our T.V. taking a VERY long time to change channels. I think they were replacing it, but we were to be gone by then. Also, someone before us tried to use the kettle for milk and no one had noticed the scalding. Very walkable and the cobbler down the street fixed some shoes for me in just a few hours.
