I booked the room single bed with private bathroom it’s nice room 😊

Nice location, not too far from amsterdam central, just the stafff wasn’t that friendly.

READ ALL: I’m a full time traveler 10 out of 12 months I travel out of the year I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all, for the same price you can go to the Hyatt. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE: Italian HOST woman received us in the worst way possible, being absolutely aggressive sending us outside because according to her we came too early ( it was 2:30 pm) , later we caught her going through guest backpacks in the luggage store room while picking up our stuff, she got extremely nervous and got defensive, last day of our stay she stormed in the room while my partner was naked and she started screaming at us for 3 minutes didn’t care he was naked she just kept screaming first saying we had to leave (when i payed for late check out) and then saying we had to leave the room absolutely clean or she was personally make sure “to charge us more”.. then we went to reception to find the manager and she was insanely aggressive to the point the manager of desk Christian had to take us outside and apologize thousand of times, you could hear her screaming like crazy and walking around cursing .. she is just a simple employ A HOST… but has nothing of a host SHE SHOULD HE FIRED, she has a terrible energy AND GIVES A TERRIBLE IMAGE TO THE HOTEL it’s insane . HOUSEKEEPING: since 8 am you will hear music, door banging and chats from housekeeping YOU CANT REST .

It is far from the city center, about 30 minutes by train or bus. Location is not good. Free fruits and coffee. The room has a kitchen, toilet and shower. Someone in the same room was heating up frozen pizza and the room smelled like pizza. Unfortunately, there was no outlet near the bed.

There are two buildings within walking distance from the station. As a soccer fan, I was happy to be able to watch a soccer game with all the guests. It's Ajax.

It was very close to the nearest station, and the road there was bright and safe. The nearest station is also a large station, and access from Amsterdam Central Station is also very good. I think the facilities were good for a hostel.

Good location, the subway station can be reached quickly on foot. Price performance is okay.

Self service check-in was convenient. Sufficient amenities provided. Room is large and clean. Location is a bit far, and could hear noises outside the room sometimes.
