The hotel was good , needs a bigger kettle yo heat water in a family room.

It’s a great gem it’s the most wonderfully located place I’ve ever found as it’s above the station! And it’s next to the central area md the beautiful harbour of Dundee enjoy!

For the price I paid it was brilliant value. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was very spacious and the room was clean couldn’t ask for more.

Hotel was excellent location for attending a concert in Slessor Gardens, shops & bars/restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean & perfect for overnight stay.

This hotel is in a great location! It's right next to the train station and opposite the Discovery ship. The rooms are clean, modern, and quiet. The shower has great water pressure and the pillows on the beds are very comfortable. Also, the Wifi was good. The kettle and free teas and coffees were nothing to write home about and when you use the shower you do get water everywhere and totally soak the floor because there is no door to close-just a half glass wall. This was not really a huge issue though, and I really liked staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely return!

Terrible customer service at the hotel.myself and my partner got approached outside and got nothing but hassle
