Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Room service and requests carried out through WeChat. Indoor hot spring works great and staff are quick to turn the water on and off when requested.
Cleanliness could be improved as there was some dust/dirt/hair in the room on arrival and the curtains have some kind of dirt/substance on them. Overall very good hotel, quiet location and staff are very nice. Hot spring room is amazing and very convenient.

非常滿意這次的温泉酒店，貴台小姐姐們太太太熱情了。我第一次感覺到中國人的該有禮儀。温泉的水也太清潔了。大大的房間大大的池，温暖的温泉加上熱情的小姐姐們。我們全家都很開心。

非常討厭温泉不是男女分開的，本來我們三個女生泡的很好的，結果在另一個池子的中年男性就來我們這裏泡，我們覺得很**，並且在我們回房間的時候前台是沒有人的，就這一點我覺得我們定這個酒店的目的沒有達到，男女混泡真的覺得有點**，而且送來的浴袍上臟的上面是有血還是啥子的（酒店説是鐵銹），早餐感覺總類也不是很多，很一般（不如外面隨便吃點早餐），這次住店體驗感極差極差，差評，不推薦這個價格與它的體驗非常不匹配，和那個管家説了，他衹説了希望我們下次再去看他們的改變，真的很無語
