Grafton Capital Hotel

Great and affordable. centrally located, clean rooms, and the nicest staff…it’s just right if you need a place to park it for your first time in Dublin. And the bar, and restaurant is good too. It’s a nice place.

The whole experience from checking into departing was made so easy by the such wonderful friendly staff here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were made feel very special. Our dining experience was 2nd to none, the beds were so comfortable and Noel at reception made our stay fabulous. keep up the good work and we'll certainly be back.

A wonderful and inviting hotel and staff that made it feel like home. Gary and Noel and countless others (unfortunately for whom we don't have names) were outstanding in every aspect. To the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and concierge(s), we can't thank you enough!

Staff is very accommodating. Got our room early. We needed it badly. Customer service rep Gary was very solicitous and helpful both during our wait and in the following days. The restaurant was nice. The buffet breakfast was extensive and expensive @ 19.5 euros. Tasty though. Room was clean, though not all the lights worked. Linens were adequate. It is in a great location. Easy access to everything you would want to see. Highly recommend it.

If you are considering a hotel in Dublin look no further! The Grafton is perfectly located near St Stephens Green and a 2 min walk to Grafton St. This was our third stay at the Grafton and I have to thank Gareth for your warm welcome on arrival and making our return to to Grafton feel like coming home. Thank you to Noel the concierge for your hilarious stories and professionalism. Juvel on Reception is so polite and nothing is too much trouble for the reception team. The lovely Adrian dealt with a minor issue we had with air con( we could not use it) . The rooms are very comfortable. the bar and staff are fabulous. Breakfast is buffet style and the chef is so friendly ( sorry for not knowing your name ) has very his standards. A big thank you to the lovely Liluanna and Johanna in the restaurant who work hard and and make breakfast at the Grafton a lovely experience. Drinks in the bar are fab. Check out their cocktail menu. What you get at this hotel is an experience. The decor, the cleanliness, attention to detail is second to none. The staff at the Grafton are a fantastic team that work very hard to support each other and their guests. We cant wait to return again in December.

Adrae service was absolutely amazing, she was so catering to us and also suggested we come back for cocktails as you have nice ones which we definitely will. She made our experience at your hotel memorable and because of that we will 100% be back! What a day.

We can't say enough good things about The Grafton. First, the staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful and outgoing. The hotel was centrally located to most everything in Dublin, close to restaurants, shopping and convenient for taxis. We had coffee, beer and dessert there. Do NOT skip the brownie - it's beyond good! Very clean and looks just like the photos. But really what sells this hotel are the people working there - genuinely the best!! Noel, the manager, went out of his way to make us feel special and cared for. Thank you!! Can't wait to return :)

A beautiful modern clean hotel centrally located in Dublin. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing. We flew into Dublin in the wee hours of the morning and I was tired to the bones. I left my passport and money at a restaurant up the street. The concierge actually walked to the restaurant to find it for me. Went over and beyond. The front desk clerk, Christos, stayed with me and insured me they would help if I needed a new passport. They could not have been kinder. I highly recommend the Grafton Hotel.

We went to the Grafton Hotel for some drinks last weekend, and we truly loved the Hotel, which is very modern, and the service was outstanding . Adre was fantastic she took care of us in everything Highly recommend! Definitely coming back!!!
