The hotel is cool, clean and pretty fresh. The stuff is nice. Breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Rating it 4, coz soundproof if pretty weak, impossible to sleep without ear plugs.

Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Vino in particular was a stand out and helped us with our admin. Hotel had good view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks at burg Khalifa. Location was ideal by the Dubai canal for leisure activities like cycling and walking. We discovered Dubai’s sights and beaches by bicycle and it was the best experience.

Basic hotel located in business bay. Taxi needed to move anywhere. Nice view of the Burj Khalifa.

It was very bad. Noisy: reception said now is gulfood and it is every where. I found on the mattresses hairs also on the floors of bathroom. During night, although air conditioner was off but made a lot of noise and cold air coming out. The price is very expensive compared to the service and quality.

The hotel is excellent in terms of customer service, extremely clean, very comfortable and rooms are a good size. The swimming pool is also a good size and very clean with comfortable sunbeds.The location is convenient for Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall but it's not really possible to walk due to the roads and traffic. Build in extra time to get taxis therefore, but the hotel staff are happy to help with this. City taxis are not expensive and we were able to get to most locations within 15 minutes or so. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I liked the hotel, breakfast was good with plenty of choices but the BEST of everything is the staff. Kudos for the person who assisted me at the check in (I am sorry I do not have his name), and special thanks for Asfand, the wonderful guy that did my check out.
