can never go wrong with accor group of hotels. though hotel hasnot been renovated for quiet sometime they maintain the cleanliness and 5 star quality

We rented in the apartment section. it’s a very nice size apartment and comes with a small kitchen and living room. If you’re going to be in the area and have a family, this is highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally situated, offering a commendable location. However, attention to cleanliness and room service requires improvement. Notably, the bathroom's washbasin lacked proper drainage, an issue that persisted despite reporting it to the staff.

It’s a 8-10 mins walk to Dubai mall (diagonally across, but includes a few road crossing), but quite a far walk to the train station (via Dubai Mall).

Superb location, right opposite Dubai Mall, walkable distance. However, staff friendliness is so-so. Breakfast is ok. We especially didn’t like frequently being asked if we wanted their taxi service when we’re waiting for normal taxi. There’s also no fridge in the room.. unbelievable

This was a very sad experience, i felt so helpless and desperation but i can do nothing about it! I got robbed again by this sin hotel, they do nothing but just because a booking and charged full price for 4days and refused to return even 1 day's fee!!! For some unexpected reson i had canceled my trip to visit Dubai, and i had informed hotel in advanced at least 2 days before, but they still refused return any peny of the it, so sad!

Nice hotel and great staff. Breakfast need to improve alot. Location is good except that it will be better with shuttle service to Dubai Mall

The location was really good for the price. Close to Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Taxis are always at the door. We stayed at 12th floor, but you can hear a strange noise (maybe from electricity) and it’s annoying when you’re trying to sleep.
