Fantastic location with direct access to carrefour and festival city. The kids enjoyed the going to the waterfront and overall it was good experience. Breakfast was tremendous as well

My 4-night stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City was superb although location wise it's quite far away from the convenience of metro. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities exceeded expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Buffet breakfast was a stand-out with plenty of choices and delicious choices. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests promptly and courteously. Additionally, the hotel's adjacency to the mall provided convenience for dining and shopping options, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, convenience, and excellent service.

Exceptional customer service provided by Erika and the manager Mohamad/Mostafa(sorry barely remembers name). They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met, and they did so with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport and also connected to the mall. The hotel's excellent customer service, beautiful view, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location great connecting to the mall and Ikea. The service was great. staff were very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were new and well maintained. The food breakfast was excellent, loads of variety and taste great. Overall wonderful stay and will definitely return.
