環境 態度太差了，聯繫不到人 找税務局投訴去，自己開票訊息不全還説電子發票開完無法撤銷。

衞生；很多蚊子沒有蚊香 設施：跟網上説的根本不一樣我們訂的是豪華雙床房，35平方的，他給我們的是20多平方的那個普通客房，根本沒有什麼説是豪華雙床房。房間裏電話也沒有，蚊香也沒有啊，晚上很多蚊子一晚上都沒有睡着。空調又沒用，又沒有叫人來修，叫了老闆又沒人來修理，那個房卡也沒用，我這個酒店基本上是亂套了。

大家千萬別住這個酒店，這個酒店真的顛覆了我對酒店的認知，入住手續辦了N久，房間給2張1.2床的房間與定的2張1.5床房間完全不符，老闆説是攜程的問題，攜程平台上的房型與現場基本不符，具體誰都的問題我也不知道，攜程協調了半天晚上也搞不定，10點回酒店也沒熱水，電話也打不通，還得下樓找人，總之這是我住過最差的，沒有之一，要不是沒有0分，我一分也不想打.

酒店距離馬鑾灣沙灘走路5分鐘，很適合一天多次去海邊遊玩後沖澡休息。酒店免費停車，停車場很大很方便。早餐也乾淨衞生，設施完備，電視很大，性價比超高，推薦大家入住。另外馬鑾灣沙灘最好，沙子細軟治理的很乾凈適合小孩子玩，採集核酸點就在沙灘入口，非常方便。
